eBay Idiot

Here's a recent eBay back-and-forth I had with a guy who sold me an innertube for my bike. I almost never have any problems buying stuff on eBay, but every once in a while a seller like this comes along:

eBay sent this message to Jim McIntyre (yeemoutwest).

Invoice:

Thank you for shopping on eBay! Your total amount due is $4.53. More details about your purchase are included below.

99 cent BICYCLE INNER TUBE: BELL UNIVERSAL INNER TUBE 26`` (new in box)
Subtotal:  $0.99
Shipping and handling via USPS First Class Package:  $3.54*
Total: $4.53

Hi there....
Sorry for bother you now item can't be ship because package exceeds the postage weight, it's 10.30 oz. instead of 9.0 oz. This means, $/.4.14 instead of $/.3.54, WE'LL ship your item as soon as payment is recorded via paypa. Ty.

Failing to correctly weigh the item ahead of time is your mistake, not mine. Is the negative feedback you'll get from me really worth an extra 60 cents?

EBay and the postal office are different policies, if you want to tag your bad feedback for 60 cents, then, go ahead, WE need those 60 cents.....ty.

As an eBay seller, it's your job to know your item's weight, and what it will cost to ship. Why should your mistake be my problem? Please give me a refund. I'll shop elsewhere.

Ok, send it back when it arrives, then, WE LL refund, as a buyer, you should know that you won t find a deal like this.

The innertube showed up yesterday. I wasn't expecting it, because in your first message you said, "item can't be ship because package exceeds the postage weight…WE'LL ship your item as soon as payment is recorded via paypa. Ty." That sounded like you were holding the item hostage until I sent another $0.60, which is why I asked for a refund. I didn't know you had already mailed it.

It's obvious that you have some difficulty communicating in English. You managed to piss me off, but may not have even been trying. If you can get someone else to check your messages before you send them, these types of misunderstandings could possibly be avoided in the future.

For the above advice, I charge you 60 cents. Now we're even.

WEll, this is not England, so WE do not know what language you want IS to speak, WE NEEDED 60 cents for shipping, not to support DONALD DRUNK. Ok?. You will warning US about the consequences of ripping buyers.
And ty. for being fair, and about the mood.......WE ENJOY PISSING BUYERS!
have a great night!.
